Our office is closed from 5pm 23rd of December - 9am 10th of January. Our warehouse and physical shop are closed from 5pm 23rd of December - 9am 5th of January. 

Please check your order carefully before completing payment. No order changes can be made during this time and we take no liability for orders processed that contain incorrect physical addresses, incorrect email addresses, incorrect order contents, etc. 

Delivery enquiries

Please direct all delivery enquiries to our delivery partners Aramex (New Zealand) or DHL (Australia) as we will be unable to respond to queries until we are back in the office on the 10th of January.

Customer service enquiries

Our office is closed from 5pm 23rd of December - 9am 10th of January. Customer service enquiries will be responded to once we are back in the office, however it may take up to 3 business days to finish responding to emails. We will be unable to answer phone calls until we are back in the office. If you think our FAQ's might answer your questions, you can view these here

Order processing

Our warehouse is closed from 5pm 23rd of December - 9am 5th of January. Delivery orders placed after 11pm 21st of December may not be shipped prior to our closure period. Please note, this does not mean you will receive your order before Christmas, just that it will be processed. Order processing will commence on the 5th of January starting with Pick Up orders and Priority orders. Please note, orders will be processed chronologically so allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed. 

Pick-up orders

Orders will be processed for pick-up until 9am 23rd of December and from 9am 5th of January.
