Discount codes cannot be combined. One use per customer only. Any order found using a code that has already been used will be cancelled without notice. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order is confirmed, paid, or processing.
Sale Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be combined. One use per order. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order is confirmed, paid, or processing. Discount code cannot be applied to orders that have been placed before a sale commenced. Discount code cannot be applied once the sale has ended.
Bulk Polish Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be combined. One use per order. Discount codes cannot be applied after the order is confirmed, paid, or processing.
If any item pictured or mentioned in the giveaway is out of stock at the time of winner announcement, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.
All giveaway items are final and cannot be exchanged for a different product.
When part of an order is on pre-order, the full order will be sent once the pre-order is in stock unless otherwise requested.
Refunds cannot be applied to pre-orders unless our expected shipment date changes or it meets our Returns Policy.
If an address is input incorrectly, we take no responsibility or liability for you not receiving your product. We advise using business addresses and building names in delivery addresses if relevant.
If you do not select rural shipping when your order is rural, the order will not be shipped until payment is made. We take no responsibility for delays. You can check if their delivery address is rural here.

Order Changes Prior to Shipment
Products can be added, or swapped as long as the order total is at the same or higher value. Additional costs can be paid via any of our standard payment methods. Orders will not be shipped until any additional payments are received.
Order Changes After Shipment
No order changes can be made after an order is shipped. Products can be returned for store credit if they meet our Returns Policy.
Within One Hour
If you cancel your order within one hour of it being placed, we are able to offer a full refund. A refund takes 5-10 business days to be processed.
If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we are able to offer you store credit. Store credit lasts 1 year from the date of issue. Processing time for store credit is 1 week.
After shipment we are unable to offer a refund or store credit. Products can be returned for store credit if they meet our Returns Policy.
