Start with a thin coat after applying Base Coat, then build up an apex as your nails grow longer. No need to fully remove each time, simply file down to the Builder Gel layer and backfill for easy maintenance.

Builder Gel vs. Rubber Base Coat

Prep & dehydrate your nails.
Optionally, apply pH Bond & Nail Primer.
Apply Base Coat & cure under the Gel Nail Lamp.
Optionally, apply Builder Gel.
Apply 1-3 coats of Colour Coat & cure each coat under the Gel Nail Lamp.
Apply Top Coat & cure under the Gel Nail Lamp.
Apply Cuticle Oil.

Pale-Skin Friendly & Understated
I picked Milky Pink Builder Gel for my second manicure attempt. I was a bit worried this shade wouldn’t suit me, as I’m pale skinned and tend to gravitate toward lighter, cooler-toned polishes. I usually prefer pinks with a slight purple lean (think Gelous Birthday Cake rather than Gelous Bubblegum), and this colour absolutely delivered. I love it. It’s less transparent than Gelous Dreamy, giving it a milky, understated finish.
