Over the holiday period, we’ll be running with reduced capacity so our team can take a well-earned break. Order fulfilment should continue as normal, but customer service replies may take a little longer than usual.

Our Auckland warehouse will be processing orders during our usual hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Sat-Sun 9am-3pm. Our Sydney warehouse will be processing orders during our usual hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. This excludes the below:

During our holiday period, email is the best way to get in touch. We’ll be keeping an eye on our customer service inbox and social channels, though replies may take a little longer than normal.

Our team will also be available via live chat and phone 9:00am–4:00pm NZT on business days, excluding public holidays.

Please check your order carefully before completing payment, as we cannot guarantee that order changes can be made before processing your order. We take no liability for orders processed that contain incorrect physical addresses, incorrect email addresses, incorrect order contents, etc.

Delivery Enquiries

For any delivery inquiries, it's best to reach out to the courier company (NZ Post, Australia Post, or DHL) during our closure period, as our response times will be slower than usual until we resume regular operations.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Sending by the Christmas cut-off dates gives you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas, however this is not guaranteed. These dates are correct as of the 1st of December 2025, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery to rural locations.
