Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant
Job type: Casual
Location: Rosedale, Auckland
As our Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant, you’ll handle a range of duties, from serving customers and answering enquiries to processing and packaging orders, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Duties:
- Greet and serve customers in store.
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat, solving problems independently delivering efficient responses to customer queries.
- Understand the products to allow you to advise and assist customers.
- Process orders - this includes printing orders, picking products, and packing products into boxes or satchels in a diligent manner.
- Process new stock into warehouse - this includes unpacking boxes, checking stock for damage, and stocking shelves.
- Learn and maintain the systems and methods used for the general operation of the warehouse and storefront.
- Keep the warehouse space safe, tidy and clean.
- Assist with stock-takes of products using stock management software (Cin7).
Must be available:
- 23rd of December - 6th of January (excluding public holidays).
- Either Saturday or Sunday.
- Occasional weekdays during the year.
