For international orders (outside of New Zealand & Australia), Import Export Duties are included in the shipping cost, and any Duty Tax is calculated at checkout. This means there are no additional charges on delivery.
If your order cannot be delivered due to issues such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, and it is returned to us, we’ll refund the order amount minus any shipping costs, Duty Tax, and Import Export Duties.
All timeframes stated above are targets and there may be delays due to events such as natural disasters, public holidays & the Christmas Holiday Season (December-January).
All parcels are delivered with Authority to Leave unless Signature Required is selected. If there is no safe space to leave your parcel, it will be held at your local depot.
Shipping days do not include public holidays & weekends.
