Your address is input correctly and with sufficient detail. No liability is held with Gelous if it is not.
Your parcel will be delivered with Authority to Leave unless Signature Required is selected. If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be held at your local depot.
If you have not selected Signature Required, your package is left in a safe place and your package is stolen, Gelous is under no obligation to replace your order.
Taxes & Duties
For all international orders (outside of New Zealand and Australia), import taxes, customs duties, and fees will be charged once your order reaches the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country’s government and must be paid by the recipient.
Please note DHL may also apply an administrative fee for processing customs clearance, in addition to any government taxes and duties. This fee varies depending on the country and the value of the shipment, and we are unable to estimate or cover these costs.
If the required charges are not paid, your order will be returned to us. Once it arrives back, we will issue a refund for the order total minus the original shipping fee, as the shipping service is considered fulfilled when the order reaches the destination country.

If your order has been shipped and you would still like to receive your free item, you will be charged for the shipping.
